This was an image that I had thought of deleting but then I had a brainwave! If we applied one of Elements Filters it could be changed into a painterly effect. The sky was extremely bland, so before applying the effect we replaced the sky using Blend modes and Masking.
Following on from Part 1 in this video we look at applying a painterly effect using a filter in Photoshop Elements in 11– 12. Some of the tools used include Filters, Blend Modes, and Adjustment Layers.
