Adjustment Layers in Elements

A bit of a grab shot taken by a very good friend of ours whilst on a short break in Prague. It was -10c , dull and overcast and when the image was downloaded from the camera it looked very ‘flat’. But using Adjustment Layers and a few other tricks in Photoshop Elements it’s amazing the detail, colours and tones we can get out of the images, and saving it as a .psd file keeps it fully editable.
