Ageing by toning an image in Photoshop Elements

I really like this image I found on Pixbay but couldn’t help but feel it looks too “digital” with its bright colours and sharpness. So in this video we are going to age the image slightly starting by softening it. We are than going to tone the image before darkening the background and adding a vignette.
